1. Agreement
By downloading or using BabyBloomy ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is licensed to you, not sold. mydy Ventures grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms you obtained it under.
If you obtained the app from Apple, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done through it.
You must be 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You record information about a child, and by doing so you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have authority to provide that information. How it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Subscription & billing
- What it unlocks: the paid tier is described in the app on the purchase screen, which is the authoritative description at the moment you buy.
- Plans: a monthly plan (
bloomy_monthly) and an annual plan (bloomy_annual). Prices vary by country and change over time. The price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is always the price that governs — we deliberately do not reproduce it here, so this page can never contradict the store. - Free trial: where a free trial is offered, its length is shown in the app before you confirm, and eligibility is decided by the store. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The app links straight there from Settings. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf — only the store can.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the store.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue a refund directly. Where local consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that right still applies.
- Price changes: if we change the price, the store will tell you and ask for your agreement before the next renewal, as its rules require.
4. Your content
What you record stays yours. You keep all rights to your entries, photos, videos and voice notes.
You grant us only the narrow licence we need to run the service for you: to store your content, show it back to you, transcribe and interpret it, and assemble it into the videos and summaries the app produces. That licence exists to operate the app for you and for no other purpose. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to upload content you have no right to upload, to record a child you have no authority over, to attack or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell access to it.
6. AI features
Some features use AI — transcribing what you say, reading a sentence and turning it into a log entry, and answering questions about your own records.
AI gets things wrong. Transcriptions can mishear. An interpreted entry can land on the wrong time, quantity or category. Check anything that matters before relying on it. You can edit or delete any entry the app created from your speech or text.
7. Not medical advice
BabyBloomy is a record-keeping and memory app. It is not a medical device. Nothing in it — including any chart, pattern, summary or AI answer — is medical, nutritional or developmental advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care.
Always speak to a qualified health professional about your child's health. Never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you saw in this app. If you think your child needs urgent care, contact emergency services.
8. Availability
We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw something significant that you are paying for, you can cancel and, where the law requires, receive a proportionate refund through the store.
Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. The app is not a backup service.
9. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription in the store, and delete your account from this page.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to get your data out.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows: the app is provided "as is"; we exclude implied warranties; and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own copies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and material changes are notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
